Refund policy

Original Allure offer a strict returns and exchange policy due to the nature of the majority of clothing we sell being vintage & used. On customized items it is a strictly no returns policy.

We always include multiple photos of the item being sold, measurements & sizing along with any faults highlighted on the product page. We are also happy to give anymore sizing or information on the product, just reach out to us via email or Instagram. Due to this all sales are Final.

If there are any genuine faults or damage not described we will be happy to refund your purchase. We are a UK based company and operate within the consumer rights act.

 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

If you checked out using a phone number only (without an email address), you cannot access customer accounts via the link above. Instead, please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation to submit your request.

Return window

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items within 14 days.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). 

Return shipping

Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
